Corporate Support

Corporate Support can take many forms. G4G welcomes support from companies and would be pleased to discuss any specific suggestions or any ‘cause-related marketing’ opportunities.

Three options currently available are:

• 1% for the Planet - encourages companies to donate 1% of their annual sales to not for profit groups / charities and G4G has been accepted as fulfilling their criteria and are listed on their site to receive 1% donations. Download their brief document or visit www.onepercentfortheplanet.org
  
  
• In kind donations – whilst cash donations are welcome (see ‘365 Virunga’), donations in kind for Virunga National Park would offer tangible assistance to the rangers. Hilux pick up trucks surplus to requirements, tyres, spares, mountain bikes or binoculars are just an example of equipment needed. G4G itself would also welcome donations in kind to enable trustees to add value to our current work by easing the burden of administration costs. From reams of paper, envelopes and a powerpoint projector, to raffle and auction prizes or offers of reduced printing rates for leaflets and display materials, G4G welcomes discussions to provide mutual gain
  
  
• Sponsorship – there are many possibilities to sponsor G4G activities, either in the UK (annual events large and small), or in DR Congo. Please contact linda@g4g.co.uk for an informal discussion.
